Sizing Queries

I am unsure of my size.
Please use our sizing guide. Alternatively, please telephone the store for detailed advice.
My item does not fit/is not suitable.
Please email the store with an account of why your item(s) are not suitable. Claytons will do all they can to find a suitable replacement.

Orders

My goods have not arrived yet?
Claytons uses standard first class delivery. Customers should give seven working days from the receipt of the confirmation email, to the arrival of goods. If after this time, you have not received your goods, you are asked to either telephone or email the store quoting your original order number.
I wish to cancel my order.
Orders may be cancelled up to 30 days from the original order being placed. Please contact Claytonsonline via email or telephone (01234 352429) informing us of your decision to cancel. If you have received the goods, please return them to Claytons At Hatters, 532 Goldington Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire MK41 0DX , enclosing your contact details. Unless the item is not what was originally ordered or faulty, we do not pay the return postage. If the order has not been despatched we will credit your card and send you copies of the relevant transaction receipts.
I wish to make an order over the telephone.
Please telephone 01234 352429 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. Please have a valid credit/debit card available.

Returns

I wish to return something.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, as so long as the items are returned unworn and in the original condition. Claytons do not cover the cost of returns postage, unless the item is not what was originally ordered or faulty. Please remember to enclose your contact details with all returns.
I have been sent the wrong item.
Please e-mail or telephone Claytonsonline on 0800 6121 444. A replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible, and we will credit you the cost of returning the faulty goods. Please remember to enclose your contact details with all returns.

Technical Questions

What browsers does this webpage support?
The page has been fully tested in Internet Explorer v6+ and Firefox 1.0+ you should be fine with other browsers. You shouldn't have any problems, but you may if using increadibly dated ones, especially Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Opera 5.0
The menu won't display properaly and/or the page is garbled

There is an add to cart button in the hire section, why?
This area of the site uses dynamic html, if your browser is particualary old you may see the add to cart button, a browser upgrade should fix the problem. If you are still having problems please fill in the form on the contact page. Notably, we will not support or take any responsibility for your actions upon your computer (we are not a technical support specialist), but we will help as much as we can.
